7 – 13 April: Attend weekly weigh-ins and take centimetre measurements. The importance of regular weigh-ins and the benefits of group support
14 – 20 April: Each Step Counts! Make use of walking apps, pedometers or fitness apps to track cardiovascular exercise.
21 – 27 April: Water Tracking. Why water? Plus hacks to increase water intake.
28 April – 4 May: Chart Your Fitness Feats! Commit to 20 minutes of strength and/or flexibility exercise 3x week and keep a record of how many reps, weights lifted, etc.
