Heat the oil in a large wok or saucepan and stir fry the onion, garlic, rosemary and coriander until the onions are golden brown. Add the pork and bay leaves and stir fry until the pork is slightly browned. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for about five minutes. Serve the stir-fry with jasmine rice from your daily allowance.
