Sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. Rub in butter. Add sweetener and milk and stir to form soft dough.
Knead very lightly. Roll dough out to approximately 3mm thick and place lightly over pie dish. Prick pastry base.
Spread jam all over the base, place the pie apples over the jam and sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins. Roll out remaining pastry. Cut into strips 1.5cm wid.
Weave over the top of the pie and brush with jam. Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes or until pastry is cooked through.
