Chicken Pasta Broth

01.

Cut chicken into small pieces. In a large pan, heat the oil and quickly sauté the chicken and vegetables until they are lightly coloured.

Add the stock and herbs, bring to a boil and add the pasta shapes.

03.

Return to the boil, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking together.

04.

Season to taste and serve.

05.

Variation: Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese from daily allowance.
